Facility Registration
Dhiig-Baaq strictly routes SOS dispatches only to verified medical institutions. Before your facility can connect to the civilian donor grid, you must pass the Tier-1 Quarantine clearance phase.
Required Institutional Documentation
MOH Operating License
You must provide your official Dhiigbaaq Nexus Registry Number for automated database cross-referencing.
Dedicated WhatsApp Node
A permanent, reliable phone line must be supplied to interface with the WAHA Dispatch Gateway API.
Geospatial Placement
During onboarding, an administrator must physically interact with the Tactical Map to anchor the hospital's PostGIS coordinates.
Administrator Identity
A secure email and master password will be generated for the Hospital Commander to access the Ops-Nexus dashboard.
