The Mission
Dhiig-Baaq is not a social network. It is a high-speed, event-driven tactical mobilization pipeline bridging the critical gap between catastrophic events and verified civilian blood donors in the Banadir Region.
Precision Routing
SOS pulses are routed exclusively to donors within a strict 15km tactical radius of the crisis epicenter.
Zero Hoarding
Blood cannot be stockpiled indefinitely. We operate a just-in-time logistics structure for absolute freshness.
Hardware Quarantine
Hospitals undergo strict Dhiigbaaq Nexus forensic verification before dispatch capabilities are unlocked.
The Banadir Void
In emergency trauma situations, time is the ultimate adversary. Prior to Dhiig-Baaq, the standard operating procedure for catastrophic blood sourcing in Mogadishu relied heavily on unstructured, panicked radio/social media broadcasting. This resulted in delayed deployments, donor fatigue, and critical mismatching.
Our architecture intercepts this chaos. We have engineered a routing layer that algorithmically matches the critical necessity of an operating room directly with the physical location of a matching blood type. By injecting PostGIS spatial awareness into the dispatch algorithm, we prevent civilian donor fatigue by ensuring that only those capable of deploying within minutes are pinged via WhatsApp API.
"We supply the deployment matrix. You supply the lifeline."
